Bynum & Jenkins has extensive experience conducting investigations and representing corporations and individuals that are the subject of investigations.

The firm routinely conducts internal investigations for our corporate clients in matters brought by state and federal law enforcement. Two of the Firm’s partners are former Assistant United States Attorneys who bring over thirty years of white collar prosecution experience to the Firm.

Where an internal corporate investigation is necessary, our lawyers bring discretion, business savvy and incisiveness to the table. Our experience is broad, and while the results of our work are often only disclosed in the boardroom.
