Kenneth Bynum Appointed by Governor
Virginia Governor Tim Kaine has appointed Partner and founder Ken Bynum to the Juvenile Justice Board for a three year term. Mr. Bynum looks forward to serving the Commonwealth in this capacity.

Robert Jenkins gets Acquital
Partner and founder Robert Jenkins recently won an acquittal of Denis Rivera in a three week federal capitol murder trial in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia- Alexandria Division. The government alleged Rivera was the mastermind in a conspiracy to murder a cooperating witness in the federal witness protection program.

A New Year & New Online Presence
Bynum and Jenkins, PLLC launches a new website blending traditional thinking with an eye on the future. The website was revamped with the goal of remaking our online presence to reflect our stability and history within the community while displaying new services, talent, and research capabilities that the Firm has been developed.

The site showcases the Bynum and Jenkins' diverse group of attorneys and support staff from the Virginia and D.C. offices. A detailed biography and list of specializations accompany each attorney page. The site also features a narrative history and background of the Bynum and Jenkins dating back to its inception.

Firm Welcomes A Partner in Virginia
Bynum & Jenkins, PLLC continues its strategic growth by attracting an elite attorney/mediator as a principal. Ronlad Dixon has joined the Firm. This addition increases our total number of attorneys in our Virginia and D.C. offices.

Ronald Dixon is well known for his superior litigation talent, with particular expertise in employment law, white collar crime and internal investigation matters.

Bynum Elected Chairman of Urban League
Kenneth D. Bynum was recently elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Urban League, a 30 member volunteer Board of Directors comprised of business and civic leaders who work or reside in Northern Virginia.
